I think it takes a special story to keep me interested for 85 hours of listening, and I happily made it through this entire series in several weeks of commutes. It was nothing intense or epic or thought provoking, but it was thoroughly enjoyable! Space wizards. What else do I need to say?!

I don’t know what to say, this was a great book to listen to. my only regret is more wasn’t disclosed about the end of the old human era. also never knowing about the aliens.

To be fair, I hardly listened to this at all. The narrator’s over-the-top characterizations made each cardboard cutout character’s cliche behavior all the more grating and annoying. Couldn’t get past the second chapter. Unlistenable.

ended too fast. needs a prequel sequel of the GODS! Also needs a travelers perspective of all the worlds and mishap adventures! need more Branis and Juliana! whats with the 4th planet why did they say not now go!anyways LOVED ALL THESE BOOKS FANTASTIC! kept me coming back and giddy to return to the twinborn!

good story line for most of it but then strays off into some boring political crap between the kids. completely skips some very good opportunities for interesting scifi investigating alien tech. then kinda gets back on track in time to end. seems author just lost focus or got tired of writing it.

would recommend this book series to anyone looking for a scifi space ride with a “little” magical twist
