This book is terrible,I bought it because the first book of the series was good. Hardly any action.all about a women who really does nothing. The dog character is the only thing interesting.who everywhere the writer is give up writing.audible take this book off your inventory.
Same universe as the Mobius series same great narrator. The former felt much more like several seasons of episodes this felt more like a four part mini series. I enjoyed both greatly. The Mobius series was more fun and reminded me of Farscape with a mixture of Firefly and Red Dwarf. Astral Prime is more..
When starting this off I wasn’t sure I was going to enjoy it. But 87.5 hours later I’m sad that it ended. I listened to this during my commute to work. Over the course of a few weeks I grew very attached to the characters. This feels exactly like when you move away from home..
I loved it. it just seemed to get over too quickly is all. I think it could be a little riskier even. The accent of the “hillbilly samurai” and the idea of the character was pretty dorky, but it “kinda” grows on you.
The story in whole was entertaining and an interesting plot. There were a few holes, jumps in time or character that didn’t fully make sense, and some lack of character development; however in the end it kept me entertained.
really enjoyable. loved being able to see some old friends too. narration is still too notch. thanks
l liked the story but i did not like profanity, the story could have stood on its own with out the ‘F-bomb” going off all the time.
I only gave this book two stars because of how great Galaxy Outlaws was. If you’re looking for a book about a giant dog who is never giant, and a “powerful” wizard who is terrified of her own powers (and only really uses them one time), then I’m sure you’ll be interested in this book…
