This is just too big to sustain itself. Don’t get me wrong, it is entertaining, and it is a fun listen, it just gets old. This means when you hit a rough spot in the story, it is hard to pick it back up. If you push through though there are definite rewards!
First let me say that Mikael Naramore is a wonderful narrator and that I will give any author a chance if he narrates the book. J.S. Morin is a very talented writer and his stories always inspires me to write my own tales.
The naration was awesome, making all the personal personalities come to life. I loved The authors take on outer space and the interactions between each person. I hope they pair up for more tales of this kind.
I had a ton of fun listening to this story! It was also an incredible value for 85 hours worth of commute entertainment!

Being a newish member of Audible and not having read a book for a long time the 85 plus hour runtime of this series seemed like a daunting endeavor. However, J.S. It took me a little bit to get into the series but by the end I was completely in love and I can say that this is the best value for an audiobook that I’ve ever listened to. You can get the whole 80+ hour series for 1 credit and the way that its written..

Yes, it’s 80+ hours, but the writing and narration are both excellent. I was skeptical about a wizard being in a sci-fi story at first, but it’s done so well that it became one of my favorite aspects. I also like that the author allows his characters to have individual motives rather than just hanging..
This is the best value for a single credit on Audible. It’s 85 hours of a fun romp; not too lightweight, but not so heavy that it wears the listener down. It’s easy to break down into small sections, and the narrator is fabulous!

It took a little while but a couple hours in I realized I was hooked. Firefly is a good camparison but I think if this was a show it would be TV-MA and there would be just as much of a cult following. Top notch
