One of the most emotionally realistic depictions of a BDSM relationship that I’ve read. The characters are flawed, courageous, complex and interesting.

This story was both mind blowing and tearjerking and absolutely amazing. My heart broke during the heartwretching scenes and filled with love when they finally realized their love for each other. Some of the story was hard to listen to but it was understanding in the end.

I found the book to be fair, trenchant, and illuminating. I found the author to be thorough in the best tradition of journalistic writing. I think that the book is a significant piece of work and that the author has a capable mind.

It’s very long, but excellently narrated and I couldn’t stop listening until the very end.

This series doesn’t seem to get marketed as well as Julie’s other series which is a shame. I believe any JA Huss fan will love this story. It’s sexy with great characters. I’m not familiar with the performers. They seemed to do a good job. Thanks Julie for more good reading!
