I’m still thinking how the ending was perfect cause you wanna root for the guy. I was worried it’d be too slow for me cause I drop alot of books for a slow start but right off the bat I was hooked.

Between incredibly sparse stories of trauma cases, the true majority of this book centers around the author’s political agenda and beliefs regarding firearms, residency working hours, and more.
