i absolutely loved this series. unfortunately I will not be finishing it. the entire thing has devolved onto an exercise in profanity and contempt. truly unfortunate.

The team was dispersed, each member for a different reason. Getting them back together is a continuous problem throughout the story.

After “Redemption” the series needed a pick-me-up, and this did it. I couldn’t stop listening, the internal struggles of Jason confronting his own species was surprisingly dramatic and intense. I very much enjoyed it.

Story was wonderful and hilarious. Another great story with tons of terrific made up foul words to lift your spirits.

I think the title pretty much says it all. I’m totally addicted to this other magical world and it’s magical lands! totally loving this series and this is a new author for me also. I can’t wait to listen to more of S.E.Smith’s audiobook series as I really think she’s a very brilliant and creative..

Too much too late. Disappointingly , the last six books of this series should be called COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY FOR 700SBD(series battle droids). Stereotypical tripe lacking effort and imagination. Joshua Dalzelle has really fallen. I so enjoyed following Jacob as he becomes more confident in making decisions, even as the walls are coming down around him. The story doesn’t let you rest for a second and before you know it, you’re reaching for the next! As always, the narration was superb.

The author does a great job of descibing technical points of the F-14 Tomcat. Especially some of the rear cockpit details. Believable characters, good dialog and an engaging plot.

enjoyable story, great characters. there is mystery, comedic moments & some deep meaning in the finding of the heart.S.E.Smith’s books are wonderful, characters introduced in one story appear in other stories, which I enjoy.
