good plot. I was surprised a couple times which is cool haha narration is good too… I’d say spice level is pretty low.. I usually like more but that’s ok 🙂
There is a great deal of information going on in this book. I had to re-listen to some of it because there are so many names to keep track of. I learned some interesting things about that time period and what was happening in the world of politics. This probably should be read instead of..
Very impressed with this book. Technically rich in detail and interesting concept. On a human level, very convincing how the various characters react to stressful situations. Great narration as well. Highly recommend.
The story had some entertaining parts where we see the main character whisked to space as he tries to find his feet in alien environments. However, there were also some very corny parts, underwhelming writing, and parts that came off too convenient. Some minor spoilers ahead: Companions of the main character seem to just accepts..
The ConFed is falling apart and the criminal underworld is taking full advantage. In this new power vacuum, innocent colonists and refugees are being enslaved. The cartels and their hired muscle operate without fear of any authority coming for them. Their mistake, because now they have drawn the attention of Omega Force.
