Low romance, missed some great chances to delve deeper into the tech but the story clipped along at a good pace. so I can’t knock points off for that. I’d definitely keep a look out for a book 2. like to know more about the history in the next one.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I grabbed this story. Figured it would be standard sci-fi fare; interesting story, some neat concepts, but maybe nothing Earth-shaking. Instead, I got a great survival story that sets itself up for all kinds of possibilities. I can’t wait to see if there’s a sequel!
