I started listening to this and then it just stopped. I tried multiple times and still does not go beyond 8 Hrs and 38 min left.

Powerful. Interesting and surprising story. Excellent narration. Started slow and ended so poignantly. Great political drama.

This book had a great story however the narrator could put one to sleep. As I listened I realized that I was looking forward to the end.

Paul Heitsch did a great job narrating. A real professional. The idea a space crew returns after a centuries long mission and finds the home world destroyed or knocked back to the stone age isn’t that original. Riveting. Captivating. Narrator Was Excellent. Could Not Stop Listening. Kept Me Interested From Start To Finish.

The ship using such an enormous amount of power to fight is a bit silly but otherwise it is a strong story and I will try the sequels.
