It’s not often I find a book from a new author this good. This series has potential to become amazing. It’s not that original but has great characters and a good storyline and I’m looking forward to the next book in this series. Paul delivers amazingly as usual!
I was sucked into the imaginative plot, despite being somewhat unsure of the narrator and accepting that almost none of the characters are likable. I appreciated the fact there was no coverage of the destination planet and rather than inventing some extraordinary technology the book made few assumptions and used what is familiar or easily imagined.
