I read many or most of the WW1 and WW2 histories everything from small battles to the complete War(s) and the personalities involved big and small. Except for Enders Game, I’ve never listened to more than 5 books in a series before getting bored of the characters and story line. I just bought book 9 and am anxious to start it! Great series!

this book is an interesting overview of his life. Arthur’s change when he became president is well worth a listen.
The character development of the two men was weak and improbableThe whole OCD thing was inadequately explainedLess time could have been spent flirting from subject to subject and more time explore the teenage threesome, the husband and death and on and on….It just seemed like a big muddle!

I am amazed at how much this story fascinated me! The love story was excellently told.I have not been as gripped by a new to me writer in a long time and plan to read others in the series!
