I read this book but ordered it on Audible for a long road trip. An enjoyable book and I enjoyed learning about the aftermath of the Titanic. The narrator sounded like it was an automated voice. The narrator was the only downside.

This reads like it was written by an 18 year old D&D player with no idea how actual military veterans would act and no idea how fleets are assembled to work together and no idea… well. you get the idea. This one is just not for me.

I pretty much loved this book. The story was really good. Given the standard miserable quality of most sci-fi, this is more of a compliment than it sounds. It was better then book 1. But short and missing a hook. Poorly developed which led to actual interest. Had a hard time finishing the book.

That character and the whole dynamic with her and the other female captain was completely unnecessary.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book considering I was inspired by Van Gogh to become an artist. The overall coverage was interesting and revealing. Loved it. Great characters in interesting situations, what’s not to like. Looking forward to the next book in the series and the battle against the ruthless and insane AI.

generally, I enjoyed the story, but the modern-enghtened man still spoke and acted as though he HAD to be THE ONE. He is the hero of the story, but this character flaw is never really addressed.

This book was amazing, the author transports you into an action packed world filed with lose and rebirth. I am eagerly awaiting the second book in the series. What a great job with the writing and narration.
