I would t say absolutely waste of time; but definitely not a book to listen to it should be a mini booklet. Much of the contents are taken from many other books and bios.

I loved the world building, and apocalypse tropes are common because they’re fun. I was mildly distracted from the story and world by the repetition of certain words and phrases. It wouldn’t be as noticeable if it weren’t that they are emphasis words, like “horror”. The narrator was fairly smoothe, but he wasn’t as consistent..
