Poor attempts at forced character development just ruined this book for me. The new female character had no character of her own. Her relationship with the MC was only hinted at and nonsensical. I can think of very little criticism. And thats the best compliment I can give a book. This book felt more like an episode of a TV series unlike the last book which felt like a novel. But it didn’t impact the quality.
