Not exactly what I was expecting, but I LOVED it!!! It wasn’t just about the steamy parts. It was excellently written and narrated! It actually had me laughing out loud. I would definitely recommend this book!

It was hard to listen to this book and catch the humor. I was too distracted by the disturbing voice the narrator gave the main character… ? I’m going to have to buy the book and read it myself.

Choosing Riley’s personality to be a blonde bimbo ruined this book. She is very cartoony and by chapter 9-10 all of the jokes get very old. This book was filled with tired romance novel tropes that were even less believable in the context of an alien interaction. Worse, though, there was no emotional transition between “You’re kidnapping me, not cool,” to “why aren’t you kissing me,” to “I love you more than life.”
