Review from Secret Treasure of Oak Island →
That is the take away from this story. She flits around like a tinker fairy and does things that he should automatically and telepathically know why. oh and he should fix the consequences of her follies along the way. Never does anyone at any time call her out for it, it is all his fault..
My Rating: 3.75 of 5.0 Overall; Story 3.5; Narration 4.5. Gracie was just a child when she survived the invasion of a brutal alien attack that decimated humanity on earth. Gracie hid in the subway tunnels until she was brought under the protection of a group of young men. The five rebels became known as..
Romance, steam and adventure all rolled into an entertaining book. I can’t wait to finish the next book.

I enjoyed the story of Ariel and the peaks into her background. It did take me a long time to get into the story fully though and I never really felt attached to the characters, but it was still well written.
Another great story in the series. fun, funny, interesting, and fast-paced. The narration is great. I can’t wait to start the next one.
So much better. I don’t want to spoil it but there was a point they could have gone in a slightly different direction and it would have been frustrating and satisfying all at the same time. Still a good listen though
