AAAAA++++
Review from Razor’s Traitorous Heart →
A truly great story and crew with a wonderful narrator to complete it. It’s already become a favorite of mine.
It’s so disappointing when the author decides to write a nice, interesting female character and then turns her into a victim who thinks its completely reasonable for a male to tell her what to think, tell her how she will act and behave, tell her where she will live (isolating her from friends and family),..
I could not get through this book despite several tries, because the story us interrupted by almost-full chapters of discussion on psychiatric research. The authors tell us about the history of mania, bipolar disorder, depression, hoarding, the city where Diehl was born, and on and on, dropping any threads that might tie together a narrative..
In this book you finally get more details about Satan and his life. There are times that I was laughing out loud.
Satan is looking for his Siren, having his life story made into a movie, and dealing with the daily duties of ruling hell. He has a lot going on. I have enjoyed this entire series. There are certain parts of this book that had me laughing out loud.
This is the first book I have read in this series. I like how S.E. Smith writes Strong female characters with a bit of bite to them. Love this character Gracie. Look forward to reading the next book.
Quick easy listen of a low angst story that was entertaining. The story is a continuation arc but each book appears to be a new couple.
Was disappointed to get to the end and realize that the entire book is a short filler to prepare for the next one 🙁
I love these books and characters but the quality of this audio is really sub par. I like reader but this sounds like it was done in a tin can with five dollar Bluetooth mic.
