Not trite or predictable. Well crafted.Great narration by Mr Heitsch.I found the pacing to be quick which was a surprise for what was mostly a political / conspiracy drama in space.

It was great to hear all the stories come together in an exquisitely written way.
Dreams come true even for Dragon lovers and Dragon king. Funny with a quirky human, who loves dragons and a lonely sad Dragon King who lost his family, friends and people. Made me laugh out loud, with the audible read makes it more like a movie. Look forward to the next story of this series.

His nuance and inflection, accents and inate ability of reading gender reactions, put him in a class by himself. Looking forward to more from this pairing.

These stories should have been condensed into one book. The redundancy is ridiculous. The only reason reason I listened to half of it was because the narrator is one of my favorites.
