Not trite or predictable. Well crafted.Great narration by Mr Heitsch.I found the pacing to be quick which was a surprise for what was mostly a political / conspiracy drama in space.

Dreams come true even for Dragon lovers and Dragon king. Funny with a quirky human, who loves dragons and a lonely sad Dragon King who lost his family, friends and people. Made me laugh out loud, with the audible read makes it more like a movie. Look forward to the next story of this series.
I got hooked on Hunter and now I can’t seem to get away from this crew please help me I don’t think you’re capable of writing a bad book in this series, and my husband starting to complain about the time I’m not spending with him because I’m spending it with these books
I love this book series! I love the characters! I was glad about these two. I love Paul! Keep these books coming!! I was hoping that Terrek the guy who liked Trisha would get a book. he was so sweet!!

Action and romance intertwine as S.E. Smith weaves another excellent world build.Narrator David Brenin is the best in the business, as he brings these characters to life. His nuance and inflection, accents and inate ability of reading gender reactions, put him in a class by himself. Looking forward to more from this pairing.

Ditto… blah, blah, blah …don’t waste your time like I did hoping and waiting for either a plot or ‘something ‘
The incomparable writing of S E Smith paired with the just as incomparable narration of David Brenin makes for exciting entertainment. I look forward to the next book in this series.
