I found the content interesting. And the male narrator, who starts the book, was easy to listen to. But the female narrator is mechanical, choppy, mispronounces words, and sometimes uses emphases within sentences that seem inappropriate to the content. I think she might be AI. Too focsed on Mob did it. Excludes everything else. Skip the 17 blah, blah, blah on the Mafia. Listen to the ladt two chapters, but keep a good amont of salt in your palm. You’ll need to take some often.

A fun tale and clearly read and performed. Looking foreward to the next book in the trilogy.

The MFC was most irritating. World building was not impressive. Narration was lacking. Wish I’d passed on this one.
