Presentation could have been better either way a professional. My biggest complaint was that he minimized the lessons learned from Tilikum who lived in captivity for 34 years and sired many babies for Seaworld.
Absolutely one of the best books that has been written by Joshua Dalzelle! I cannot wait to see where it leads from here.
The author lays out a very compelling case against Stanley Lord, but the problem is that he just doesn’t stop. His well laid-out argument devolves into a rant, and eventually a screed. By the end, he goes full armchair psychologist, pathologizing Lord’s actions and sticking him with a diagnosis. The author also likes to put..
Nothing is fundamentally wrong with this book; just that everything (i.e. suspense, character development, dialogue, pacing, etc.) could be better. It’s kind of difficult to explain why this wasn’t compelling.
Way too much military and too little science. Whole book could have just been military fiction transpiring on Earth. Get more science. Less of the army stuff.
I thoroughly enjoyed this series! Some of the endings seemed to wrap up and finish before I was ready. Maybe over zealous editing? The final books ending was just right and left me with a smile on my face.
love this book series you can’t wait to read the next book series by this author keep up the great work
this was a GREAT listen! Good story telling. Vincent had a complex and tragic life with a compelling story of physical and mental and emotional illness alongside absolute genius struggling to get out. I believe the conclusion in the epilog to be accurate.
