Meh. Ok. Entertaining. Humor was fun. Was not overly impressed. Adding more words to the review.

As much as I like Ben Wallace his humor couldn’t save this book. Though he tried to make it about the relationships it’s still a zombie story and those just suck. Dave your credit.
This series has good action while having surprising comedic elements reminiscent of Monty Pythonesque humor
I really enjoyed the story and was drawn in enough to keep listening until the end. I thought the narrators were fantastic and really brought the story to life. I seldom listen to fiction and this was a nice break. The only drawback was the author’s comments at the end. Their banter was not even..
The whole series is well written, amusing, and far more entertaining than I was expecting. If you need a whimsical tale for a spell, this series is for you.
The story premise isn’t breaking any new ground. The character interactions are a bit stilted at times and the antagonist is one dimensional. It feels like a CW producer seen the Black Clover anime and said “we can do that.” Now, with “Hot” centaurs and neo-pronouns! Seriously this stuff is old and tired. I’m sick..
Zach is boring and he seems blind to his hypocrisy, but maybe Zach makes the other players more interesting
I bought it because of Dusty’s diary and it is a lot like that. I think the end was kind of a joyful wrap up for the story and it just kind of ends.
Really really enjoyed this, great story, great narration, great voices! Look forward to reading the next volume
