I was a little surprised by the path of this story but damn if the ending didn’t drag me in. Can’t wait for book three.
That ending.

This is so funny and entertaining. Great story. Great humor. Plucky and lovable characters. A must listen.
If you enjoy dark humor with a splash of the absurd and want something different than the other LitRPGs this one is for you. I would call it light and humorous, but it’s really dark light humor. A really fun read
don’t regret the credit. was worth it but it needs time to find its legs. After about chapter 8 it picks up significantly. performance is solid but not top tier some of the song cadences for example are off. If it’s a thundercats reference it needs to match the theme song cadences for example.
I tried. I really tried to push through to the end. It was very difficult to stay engaged. His other series was fantastic. This one bored me throughout.
Really enjoyed this whole series, which really equates to a 3-book trilogy. Terrific characters and development; mostly believable story; and humor, action, and emotion galore. Only knock are the female character voices, which just come across as weak and meek when they should be strong. Definitely enjoyed it though and sad it’s ended!
So this is a perfect example where I should’ve reread bk1 before I started. As I had forgotten a lot and couldn’t quite get into the story and follow Crabby’s merry little gang of adventurers as they enter Incursion City and hafta join up to fight the Corruption… So I put the book down for..
