This is a terrific story. The main character suffered and went a bit crazy but didnt come out evil. I think the story got a bit confusing with the time jumping and the second main character but didn’t take it too far. As a writer I love the lore and world building. You can tell..
I am a big fan of this series and loved the characters. The reader was excellent as well. I was only sad when I reached the end because I wanted another book, but like all good things, the end must come. For me this book was made all the more special because of the references..

Main character looks for trouble, but never finds areal challenge. Very WEAKEnding. Basically Batmanwith no Joker.
Nothing deep about the story, characters are relatively flat, but slightly new take on the ZA theme. It’s a decent book given you get 55 hours for 1 credit. Narrator does a great job.
While mark Shaw definitely did a lot of homework for this book, he ultimately attempts to place all of the credit for the murders on the mafia and RFK. There are major omissions regarding historical fact.

It is hard not to see the quirks of folks in your own life, just amplified. So many laughs, such a great narrator and thank you for the giggle inducing out takes.
I always wondered by John Mack took up experiencers and their issues. i wondered why he spent so much energy on TE Laurence. I didn’t know the degree to which Danny Sheehan went to war with Harvard for John Mack. We learn this and much more from this great book.
Bobby Adair is the king of zombie apocalypse fiction. If you’re into the walking dead type story lines with characters that become part of you I can’t recommend the slow burn series enough. I’m so bummed that it’s over.
