quality was about as high as the other 2 burn box books, until the very end. talk about a character assasination for noah. dont really think his granpa would approve

I’m am soooooo sick of Zak, he’s the embodiment of hypocrisy. an insufferable idiot that literally wants to become what he hates in ryun. at this point in the books, I skip every single Zach chapter. there’s nothing important you’ll miss.

Begins well with potential, but rapidly devolves into common tropes with little character development. Basically it’s three episodes of The Walking Dead without the zombies or depth. The last few chapters seem like conservative propaganda.

6 hours in and it’s clear that to continue is a sunk cost issue. It really doesn’t make sense to punish myself any further for making a bad purchase. Can I just have my credit back? The writing is juvenile and clunky, the “science” part of the science-fiction is poor and not at all technical..

I’ve never hated or despised a side character so much that I skipped all their chapters, Zak is so insufferable holier than thou idiot character. skipping all Zak chapters it was a great continuation.
