Nothing was left out, good or bad…unbiased quality biography. The narrators voice was also good.
Complete picture well done.

This is one of the best running audiobooks that I’ve heard. Perhaps the best one. The author perfectly tells the story of American distance running through the lens of running coach, Bob Larsen, while also weaving in his own personal running history. It all works in a seamless and entertaining way. So good!
It’s her voice. I felt like I was listening to a 4th grader. Made me not be able to finish this. Story was decent but unbearable to listen to the narration

He tries to apply every model to a political agenda. Gotta sit through a lot of lousy explanations to get to the meat of any topic discussed in this book
I was very disappointed. Not enough interesting ideas or ways to use them. Basically an aggregation of better books.
This book has brought me so much peace and calm, and most importantly, effective ways to deal with the chaos of today’s world. Every time I listen to it I pick up something new.
Basically very enjoyable book. Well read by the narrator. People high in social dominance orientation will bristle at the findings.
