First few chapters very good…interesting and compelling. Unfortunately, it goes political quickly; social justice warrior; goes from compelling evidence to corroboration from like-minded SJWs; critical race theory, etc. Unfortunate.

This book introduces you to the important basics of Buddhism. I liked listening and studying it.

I looked forward to this book coming up on my queue, but when it did, I found myself disappointed. The story started off slow and, at least to where I closed the book, never picked up. There was lots of graphic violence to show how bad the cartel was, but that was to be expected…

This book is evidently written by pro revolutionist. The depiction is one of the good guys versus the bad guys. Too black and white and therefore not trustworthy. Additional, there is a incorrect depiction of the US immigration system, especially for Cubans in the 1990s. It’s a fun read, just don’t believe the hype.

I was so engaged by the first half of this book. The research on domestication of foxes and dogs was fascinating, offering insight into human domestication through practices of cooperation.
