This is a great book, I highly recommend it. The mental models discussed in the book will undoubtedly be useful in a person’s life.
Absolutely awesome!

Thich Nhat Hanh does an amazing job going over an outline of what the Buddha gifted us. Hanh makes the basic teachings of Buddhism easy to digest and even enjoyable. René Ruiz does a fine job delivering Hanh’s words.
I bought this book without reading the description, because of the authors other books. I listen to a lot of audiobooks, ~2 per week. This was one of the best I’ve listened to all year. Already recommended it to two friends who agree.
Narrated clearly and beautifully spoken. I listened to it and already decided I wanted to continue listening a second time.
Books on Buddhism risk getting mired in the Buddhist laundry lists (8 of these, 51 of those, 36 of these…). This book meanders through them and I found myself forgetting where we were going quite a bit. Red-blooded American men interested in exploring Buddhism: be prepared for phrases like ‘renewing your flowerness’. It’s a bit..
If everyone in the United States read this book, and practiced what was learned – we would usher in an age of cooperation and prosperity like none seen before in history.
This book is a political rant for like-minded social justice warriors. It’s not really about “coders” or coding at all. Pretty misleading and very disappointing.
great story especially if you’re a runner or even a casual runner or maybe just a driven individual. I increased the narration by .50 and felt it read better that way, but do what you feel. I tried going back to normal speed and it seemed clunky to me.
