I love reading and listening to running books. Everything from the Once a Runner trilogy to Born to Run to Jurek’s books. This one fits right in there.
Well worth the listen

I love reading and listening to running books. Everything from the Once a Runner trilogy to Born to Run to Jurek’s books. This one fits right in there.
I really enjoyed listening to this book. From basic data science tips for daily information analysis to nice business planning advice.
me parece que explica de manera simple la esencia de las enseñanzas de buda desde el punto de vista de la escuela de budismo que el autor practica.
well written and read. This is my new favorite audible. The narrator or clear and not boring and the story is well written and has thing hidden in it that pertain to life and not just running.
I enjoyed “Beyond Weird”, but that book seemed more philosophical. At first this book came off as a little dry compared to that one, but in the end I found it much clearer, given that it kept tying everything back to the double slit experiment. I also like how it compared and contrasted the many..
TO ME, It seems to be race records, injuries, schools and blah blah…… next to another. It is disappointing and boring. I finally quit in the middle of chapter 23. I didn’t get to the “UNLOCK” ing chapter.
The author is too slow. Also the pronunciation is not on point. There are a lot of hindi and sanskrit words that he absolutely butchers.
Good insight into the “coder” world but hard to get through the hate of and fear mongering against white males and unbalanced examples of abuse on the networks/technology. Abuse is real, to be considered seriously and solutions to be considered. But his solutions are leftist, diversity mythology not based on evidence. It also veers dangerously..
As an avid runner, this book does a wonderful job of showing the vision and effort that successful running takes. I listened to it as I PRed in a half marathon yesterday, I ran with Meb across the finish line 🙂 !
I loved everything about this book. Fascinating and thoroughly entertaining. Great narrator. If you love underdog sports stories, you’ll love this book.
