An interesting take on vampires. I enjoyed the story & the narrator did a good job with character voices. I am glad I listened to it.

Listened with my 13-yr old son over a few weeks taking him to and from sports. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. The fact that he wanted to sit in the driveway to finish chapters rather than go in and play on his phone is testament to this statement.

This book made a huge difference in helping me understand how to better parent.

This is a good read. it had enought of everything to balance out and keep me interested.

The premise of this story is not new at all; a super war ship from a previous race abandoned in space. Slightly different is this ship is sentient and a pacifist. It does take a liking to humans and is willing to help in achieving peace. The characters never really came alive to me so..
