An innovative approach to securing the legacies of America’s greatest generation. Well written, well narrated, thoroughly enjoyable book.
Nothing worse than a narrator that doesn’t understand the nuances of a story. Narrating a Navy story the speaker needs to know the language the Chief of the Boat is not called the Cee Oh Bee it’s the COB just like the executive officer is the XO. The story went from a stretch to total..
This was a great, fast-paced sci-fi thriller in the vein of Michael Crichton or Blake Crouch. The numerous references to sci-fi novels felt a bit tiring, akin to the many ’80s references in “Ready Player One,” but that’s a minor gripe in what is overall a great book.
It is a topic I’m interested in so that is enough to keep me listening, but the author comes across as extremely petty and it is turning what should be something that is exciting for me to listen to into a chore that I have to grind through. Within a span of a few minutes..
The story did hold my attention. I struggled to keep listening to it. Hoped it would improve but it did not.
Or maybe just a little late. But better late than never. I feel like my entire perspective on my son and his behavior has completely changed. A real paradigm shift. I needed to hear theses things. I felt like this book was written about my son and now I know how to help him –..
The SR-71 was a genius machine. Nothing has ever been designed so perfect for it’s mission. Everyone involved with this program is a hero.
Filled withwild unsupported macroeconomic assertions and trite marketing solutions I want my money back. Alas it will not be. You can keep your money by heeding my warning.
This book opens your eyes to what these heros faced. if you have served you laugh with these stories, you shutter and a few times you get choked up. Outstanding book and great stories
