Putting the conclusion up front, there are good and bad parts to most everything about this book. Character development is inconsistent. I liked how this book described the murder of Captain Joseph White in such deep and intricate detail. However, the narrator mispronounced several Massachusetts cities. Overall, I am really glad that we finally have a book that goes into so much detail about the murder of Captain White as well as the subsequent trial.

This was really transformative. I had no idea how much demonic oppression was present in believers lives. The reader is really meh but the book is great. Wish it was read by the author.

This is an absolutely wonderful start to a new series. Can’t wait for book 2.

I have listen to this series from start to finished and I have to say I am not disappointed. Don’t want to leave spoilers but story has alot of betrayal, story, and adventures. Really good read hope to find more like this 😄
