A concise audiobook. I have a handful of takeaways that are relevant to the yoga industry that I will experiment with.
I would say, if this story was written 10 or 20 years ago, it would be an outstanding and very interesting story. Unfortunately it is lost in all the other stories just like this one. Though it is a good story, there is nothing about it that makes it stand out from all the others..

Thank goodness this future career criminal was dealt with early. Saved society millions in prison costs and public healthcare cost as that trash would have put hundreds in the hospital from overdosing.
If this doesn’t tell you that you can make a difference if you, then I don’t know what does!
A lot of the story hinges on characters–who are supposed to be smart–making dumb decisions and falling into over-worn horror tropes. There’s a decent amount of good description of submarine life, but it is marred by glaring and nonsensical errors.
