Astute observations and very well-written with easy to follow examples; but more applicable for 20 years ago. The lower rating is that e-commerce is hardly covered at all, social media, digital marketing….basically nothing. Even marketing to affluent boomers has turned into a FaceBook cost per click war with giant corporations. Millennials are now pushing ~35..
The concept of this book is similar to other books in the same genre. Despite my having completed a dozen other books like this, I was still able to glean original and useful information from it. The stories broke things up and allow the reader to gain insight at a more digestible rate. I didn’t..

great collection of oral history. as the men who actually fought in World War II are disappearing day by day it is great to hear their stories
This is an amazing story of an irreplaceable aircraft. going through the checklists with the writer put the readers mind in the cockpit of the HABU. it is written in such a manner that you feel like you are flying and living the memories.
