Lecturing about morals of war via woke BS. Had to stop the holier than thou lecture about morals boring and repetitive

After finishing this book, I feel purchase a bit of a Hallmark/Lifetime movie mix. I was able to figure out who the suspense person was but still enjoyed listening to the build up and the ending was pretty good. Overall an enjoyable listening that I would recommend for a quick Christmas listen.

I went into this blind as I just liked the cover—it did intrigue me right out the gate. Written in first-person POV. Present tense.
