Just bizarre

Review from Bonded by Thorns →

I had high hopes for this one after seeing so many great reviews on TT. From the very moment it started it was cringe. The story is a modern day beauty and the beast but there was no originality to it at all. There was soo much potential to this story but it felt so..

This book is heartbreakingly beautiful!

Review from June First →

I’ve read two other books by this author, so I knew all about her type of emotional damage inflicted, but I wasn’t totally ready for the pain and suffering that Brant went through during his whole life! Was it all nightmares and pain? No! Definitely not. After the first tragedy, he was with a good and..

I absolutely LOVED this book.

Review from Master of Salt & Bones →

I loved this book when I read it and I loved it more when I listened to it. It kind of had a paranormal quality it it. Nothing is as it seems. Lucian is a Great character. His involvement with “ the collective” is very interesting, indeed. I liked how all parts of the book..

….meh

Review from Bonded by Thorns →

This book was so vanilla. I was so bored a quarter of the way through but tried to hold on in hopes it would get better. It did not get better… The spice was mostly focused on male on male so if that’s what you’re into then, cool. I doubt I’ll check out the second..

Great Start

Review from Bonded by Thorns →

The narrators were both exceptional, they made the experience exciting. The story left me wanting more, hopefully we will get more meat in book 2. I think the setup was nice but I’d like a bit more spice. Overall a great start.

Denial

Review from Bonded by Thorns →

Continuous denial in spite of constant clue-by-4s to the contrary. I am not a fan of a cliffhanger without full resolution, but this dumped any progress and went all the way back to zero before ending. Just made me sad.

Great story, mild spice

Review from Bonded by Thorns →

The spice was mild-medium, but the story and nods to the OG story references were really fun. The voice actors were LOVELY. The attention to detail and the way they portrayed Ez was really clever. I’ll read more, maybe the spice will pick up!

Not Very Spicy

Review from Bonded by Thorns →

When I hear “why choose” I assume they hook up eventually…but not in this book. There is ⚔️ which I love but the whole book is a tease! Maybe there will be spice in book 2? Loved the story. Loved the male narrator. Female narrator was robotic at times which was fine for most of..
