Good performance. But I found it hard to follow the hole time. And honestly I just don’t like the multiple people relationship stuff. This felt like 3 of my favorite books turned into one uncomfortable read.
It’s okay.

Good performance. But I found it hard to follow the hole time. And honestly I just don’t like the multiple people relationship stuff. This felt like 3 of my favorite books turned into one uncomfortable read.
I wanted the emotion, but I just didn’t connect. It’s a grumpy sunshine and that’s not really my thing, but if it’s yours you’ll likely love this. I really enjoy this author’s other books. This one was just a bit too predictable. The narration was well done.
This book is the first book in 6 years to get me out of my reading slump. I felt so excited almost every moment of the book – the ending absolutely tore me into pieces, the narration was incredible and it just 100% exceeded all of my expectations! I can’t wait until the second book..
Reverse harem beauty and the beast is my everything! I love that she has trauma I love that they are all shattered and this was everything I needed in a reverse harem beauty and the beast!
I found someone post about this on TT and just thought “wth why not give it a shot?” I’m glad I did! it’s an interesting take on a few concepts that work sooo well! I want the next book ASAP though!
About a woman who rescues a chicken crossing a busy road and meets a guy. But by bringing home the chicken, she gets evicted. Thankfully, she finds a room to rent with a gruff exterior guy with a squishy-soft interior. Ohlert balances the push and pull of this budding friendship and seamlessly brings these two..
Great world building, FMC can be rather pitchy but boy with all the things that she is trying to figure out, I would be quite hysterical myself. I’m looking forward to the next book. Both narrators made the story much more enjoyable
