Loved learning the story that is not taught in our schools. Very readable. Should be required reading.

This was an enjoyable and fun book packed with information about daily life in Ancient Egypt around the time of the early New Kingdom, reign of Amenhotep II. The lives of the characters are interconnected with stories that highlight their roles in society, relationships, food, clothing, and habits, within the broader historical setting. Hippos, crocodiles,..
real action hero .no out of this world stuff.great narrator. full character realization great listen
This is a great story and really well written! It is a story that will leave you on the edge of your seat, and you will flip through the chapters, not wanting it to end. Highly recommended!!
Too little focus on his accomplishments. While background is interesting for context, this book eclipses Roger Penrose, the accomplished scientist, with a moons worth of excruciating personal detail.
I love this series and this author knows how to tell a good story with many plot twists and turns. Narration is excellent.
a lovely memoir/manual/inspiration!!! i listened to this while running and it was a treat. thank you Bernd Heinrich for sharing this beautiful story
It was boring and too much trying to be funny I kept waiting for it to get better but found myself fast forwarding chapter by chapter till the end
