This is a decent book, vaguely similar to Iron Prince. I wished it had more fantasy elements but it’s closer to a martial arts book. The “humble” manner of speaking gets a little tiring towards the end. For narration I like Travis Baldree’s other books, this one is decent too except for one glaring issue..

Will Wight describes fantastic worlds, with mesmerizing, political, familial, and individual action. When characters battle, we will witness the physical attacks, faints, and strategy while also witnessing the characters internal battles. Fantastic!
