Not my favorite but still pretty good. I wanted to see more magic animals and spirits but that’s just my personal preference.

This was an amazing installment, I started this series not too long ago on a whim not expecting much but it has quickly become one of my all time favorites. This latest story arc was one of the best in terms of universe building and raising the stakes. Can’t wait to see what happens next!

Still loving the story, character development, My husband and I love the audio books and have started listening to the enhanced ones on sound booth. Which are even more amazing. We can’t wait until the next book comes out!!
The story didnt address what happened with Jack ? Earlier in the story, he was off fighting fires in another state. I was really hoping he was going to come back home at the end of the story, but the author didn’t even address it?Overall, I did enjoy this series of books very much!
