Great pacing, very funny. This genre tends to take itself pretty seriously sometimes, and it was refreshing and fun to have a story that just leaned into the ridiculous elements. The voice acting was top notch, and the voice actor for the dungeon A.I. was so good.

The narration deserves an award nomination for this one to me. Well done with the background sounds matching the text and theme. Absolutely addicted to this series after reading and listening to this book on audible. Highly Recommend listening through audible, the narrator nails the performance and is hilarious.

No my cup of tea. Repetitious fantasy. Characters are fun to listen to, but again not my cup of tea.
The audio is well done, the characters really come to life. You can hear the book finding its voice along with the reader. Great start to a great series

loved it. only bad thing is that I now have to wait for book 6. what a lovely change of perspective, the dungeon crawl is a very well explored concept, but nothing crawls like an ant. long live the eldest, for the queen! for the colony!
