It reads like a game, the humor isn’t great and it feels repetitive. I gave it a shot and it’s not my cup of tea

Dungeons and Dragons meets the Hunger Games with a hilarious talking cat. it was a little graphic at times, but overall a great story and easy listen

I am a big fan of Matt and his work. I liked the the story and the message this book delivered.

Last summer, I read this first. Absolutely loved it. It’s incredible – multiple friends recommended it to me. I recently started this audiobook version to catch back up as we prepare for the 8th Book…and oh my GOD it’s so good!!! Jeff Hays crushes this narration. You’ll love it.

I don’t even like LitRPG as a genre, but this series is top tier. The narration is best I’ve ever heard. Remember,it is one guy, with the exception of a few guest bit parts.
