Who thought writing and then publishing this was a good idea? I now know exactly what the author’s internet search history is. It’s a shame because if you cut out the “hate r*pe” parts, the story about the mimic is actually interesting. Jeff Hayes is wonderful as always.
I really wish I could give more stars! This and “He Who Fights With Monsters” feel like peak LitRPG.
I cannot recommend this audio book enough. I enjoyed the ebooks very much but the audio books are actually an upgraded experience which isn’t often the case.
Just listening to it is one thing, but when you get the actual book in front of you, you get immersed more with the story and are able to pay more attention to storyline itself. Only wish they have read the extras in the book, towards the end of the story.
The stories of Carl, Donut and the gang are just a really nice arch. Deeply entertaining and captivating!
