while initially I felt this book was going to be a simple gaming type book, I was pleasantly surprised with the complexity as the book progressed. The blatant gender politics issues really interrupted the story and took away all momentum, they felt very forced and added nothing to the story.
And a great story that keeps you engaged and guessing at every twisty turn. Highly recommend this series

I enjoy these series and all, but a lot of this story made me want to strangle the characters. And the all caps yelling of Donut gave me a piercing headache.
Haven’t read or listened to anything else like it. Totally blown away. Have read/listened through book 4 and it’s still captivating all the way through.

Holy crap this was a great book. There was so much going on. I loved it. I honestly thought this was the last book but I’m glad it’s not.
I don’t normally listen to books like this… rpg style, sort of like Ready Player One, which I enjoyed. I typically hover between non fiction, dramas, occasional fantasy, love stories and educational titles. Once in a while, I just want a fast moving, outrageous and attention getting story and this one fit the bill. Hilarious!..
