I liked how the character evolution went and how there is a variety of objects and enemies that show up.
Great narration as always! Carl finally fought back against the mean manager. Also, somehow I wish we get more Donut.
The story did a good job of building off the previous and even showed there are real consequences, but I would love more time with the characters. The cast gets wider but not always deeper. Jeff Hayes is an amazing narrator per usual.
The story was on par with the rest of the series, which is rather good, but it felt a little rushed at the end. I would have been fine had there been more, but I’m sad I won’t get to see the true conclusion kf all the smaller stories. Jeff Hayes continues to be amazing.
A solid story that i picked up because I enjoyed super sales on super heroes. Jeff Hayes is an amazing narrator and I consistently pick up projects narrated by him or the soundboard theater team.
Loving the story so far, just as good as the the first book. Will listen to the 3rd after writing this review.
I got this because it was a compilation of a few books for 1 credit. Someone compared it in a review to ‘Dungeon Crawler Carl’ which was amazing and I could hardly put that series down. Oh my… Perhaps my expectations were too high or perhaps the second half of the compilation gets better…? I..
how stupid the mimic is and his interactions with the world and the way him and the demons always get in trouble and the funny way they get out
