Love getting deeper into the characters while having a compelling story. This is a perfect book for those that like card based LitRPG but still very enjoyable for everyone else. Amazing, spot on narration sets the exact tone this story needs.
As a book it meh at best only pick up if you can get on sale

At first, I thought that I had made a horrible choice but a couple of action scenes were pretty good so I hung in there. By the time that it got to Mongo, I was hooked.
This is a great story made even better in the audio version by Soundbooth Theater’s amazing work. The quality of the voice acting is unsurpassed, and the judicious use of sound effects lends atmosphere and depth to the narration. So enjoyable!
