The second book definitely progressed the story and had a lot of fun. However, it felt like when you veer off a main story line for some side quest fun to level and power up but you never quite take a bite of the main campaign. Enjoyed the story lots of build up for future..

Excellent continuation of Carl and Donuts adventures. Great interactions with other crawlers as Carl and team plot against the Syndicate. These books just keep getting better!!
These books just keep getting better so far this one was my favorite, the final boss moment on this floor was just great and it’s really building up for the next section of the series.

I have really enjoyed this series so far. It is smart, very funny, and keeps me guessing what Carl and Donut will do next to mess over the corporate universe. Excellent narration and voicing of the many different characters. Moving on to Book 6.
