Just overall a really great addition. I love that feeling of intrigue that surrounds Freddy, just not knowing what he is planning or why. This book feels a lot more straightforward than the last, less political navigation and more self discovery and growth for Elise. I just want more!
Dinniman has an amazing way of creating engaging stories and characters around our emerging technology landscape. His premises are far-fetched, but very relatable. I’m amazed at how thought-provoking his stories can be. I’ll be giving everything he puts out a read.

This was my second ever Audible experience, that said this was amazing from start to end. The narrator has great range and the story itself was nothing short of incredible. Only complaint was that it ended. Can’t wait to jump into the second book.

Someone played Borderlands!!! I love this book and I’m reading the whole series for sure!!!
The characters voices came off a bit annoying to listen to but I only listen to the audio when I’m driving otherwise reading it is much much better…..
I had a friend suggest this book to me after I read The Mayor of Noobtown series and loved it. What a complete let down and the author acts like a total weirdo online. Complete narcissist vibes. It’s not my jam.

I was a little on the fence about how good this was going to be, but the characters are all really well fleshed out. No cardboard cutouts running around and the setting is really chewy.
