Don’t miss out on the single best audiobook series I’ve ever heard. This set the bar so very high that it’s going to be difficult to listen to anything in the future.

The narrator is amazing and the story is brilliant. Even listen to the end credits

The story is predictable and frustrating at times and the main character may be the most unlikeable protagonist I’ve ever had to suffer through and showed very little growth throughout the story. I made it through because the performer was great but I’m glad it’s over.

Donut is now singing and it is definitely the best part of the whole book!

Ok let me start by saying the book was a bit different. You do not see alot of book’s about Bards so I enjoyed the story a lot. The Performance of the Actors was fantastic!!! I also enjoyed the music and the production. Top Notch! I would recommend this book.

I think the story had potential but didn’t realize any of it. there have been maybe 3 conversations of consequences so far. And I say that generously. mc spends a lot of time checking off boxes on his achievement list. but nothing interesting is really happening.

I think I own that cat, but her name is Possum, not Donut. Only the names are changed to protect the “innocent”.
