Even the end commercial is enjoyable. Great book, expertly narrated. Matt just keeps ramping up the entertainment value.

This was an odd book that was beyond funny. The story was well written and well paced. The main hero is oddly relatable and surprisingly deep. I truly found it engrossing and was saddened that it ended so quickly. I would happily recommend it. it is worth the investment of time. Enjoy!

This series is BAD! Starts as space opera with just bad voices/narration. Then it turns into this retro story about the female heroine being given “the Gift.” Embarrassingly, it becomes a stupidly unbelievable vampire story!

Couple the slow narration with all the monologuing and I want to pull my hair out in frustration. The actual mechanics of the world appears to be fun but there was so little of it compared to the “personal growth” monologue parts

A really enjoyable listen. Despite a growing cast of characters and a more complex storyline, it is easy to follow and keeps you wanting to know what happens next. I’ve listened to the whole series to date four times. It’s just fun.
