Fantastic storyline, lots of edge of your seat moments can’t wait to get into book 3

These are always such a fun ride. The audio audio performance kills it. On to the next one! Damnit donut!

Why haven’t you listened to it yet. It’s every story I need. Sci-fi, fantasy, psychological, alien, human and what the hell happens next.

If you like ready player one, D&D, and the apocalypse you have found a great book. This is an amazing listen I came across it by accident but now I am addicted already have all the books

I got a thousand recommendations to listen to this book. It is okay. There is nothing groundbreaking here. I would check it out of the library and be happy but I wouldn’t waste a credit on it. I’m not sure what all the fuss is about. It’s “quirky” and trying to be sardonic but 2.5..

I didn’t even know my inner nerd had something like this to enjoy. Never knew litrpg was a thing and I’m so happy Carl could immerse me into the listening universe!

Really love everything about this story. It’s just fun, creative, and well done. One of the best series I have ever read.

This has everything I want, is hilarious, and nothing I don’t. It doesn’t overdo it on the stats and technical bits of LitRPG and there’s no harem BS. Re listening through the series is no small feat, but it’s the only cure while waiting for the next book to come out. I catch new bits..

This is the start of my favorite series! I love the character development in this series. Jeff Hays does a fantastic job of narrating the story and it keeps you on your toes with such wacky unexpected events. I would recommend this book to anyone!

I had read in paper form the first book and wondered how some of the text would work. It has some things visually different. Great job by the voice actor!
